  I purchased 3. Seller only sent 2 and instead of refunding 1/3 of payment only gave a partial refund. This made each item cost more per item. Since it was his mistake, he shouldn’t require me to pay more per item. There was no communication before shipping. He didn’t give me any options. Seller does not understand that including shipping, I originally paid $6.94 for each item. After his partial refund each item cost $7.71. As a seller myself, I wouldn’t allow my customer to pay for my mistake.

  Again we are sorry that 1 broke- but you will need to return ALL the ITEMS to get a COMPLETE refund. We refunded the cost of the item plus tax that you were not shipped when we notified you on your refund (which you did not reply so we shipped it). It just can't work YOU demanding MORE than you paid and when not given you leave a negative feedback like you have with us and a lot of other sellers- feedback is a reflection of you and how you treat others.
