    The Family Madrigal arrived on time, in perfect condition, and well packaged. A little bit of a hiccup with the order initially, but the seller was courteous and helpful, and had the problem solved immediately. Would definitely use this seller again.

    The product arrived exactly as described; in near perfect condition! Naturally, shipping out of the UK can be a hassle given customs clearance so I contacted the seller to see if they had information concerning the whereabouts of the package. Swift communication (within minutes), polite, funny, courteous and of immense help! I adore this giant sheep and I'm glad I purchased it to complement the smaller one in the picture! Highly rated seller and for good reason! Thank you very much!! :)
