When the items arrived there were additional issues neither I or the seller were aware of. I contacted the seller, described the issues and supplied photo documentation. They replied quickly and we agreed on a partial refund. Things happen sometimes, and how they are addressed are one of the biggest indicators of the integrity of a seller. The plate was excellent value for the money. The plate arrived very quickly. The only spoiling it was the postal carrier decided it was okay to try and fold it in half to fit either in his bag or my mail box. Obviously that is not the sellers fault and he has no control over it. I should be able to fix it without damaging the finish. Good seller.
