    I was very impressed with the immediate attention given to my order. Seller responded within an hour of my bid and shipped the same day. My order was well packed and arrived in timely manner. The item I received was even better than I had anticipated. The description was very honest and I would most definitely order from this seller again!

    The item description included the exact part number, and photos of the actual item, so I knew it was the item I wanted. It arrived on time, and was well packed to prevent damage. I did initially have problems getting it on my network. I reached out to the seller, to let them know I was going to contact Eero support to try and get it working. The seller was responsive, and let me know they would take it back if support couldn't help. I would absolutely buy from this seller again.

    Item is as described, worked with some minor maintenance. Item was dropped off for shipping 5 days after purchase. Once item was in transit, with holiday timing, item took 7 days to arrive via FedEx. Item was well packaged, and was received without damage.
