  Unfortunately as the seller was packaging these ready for delivery, they realised that these gorgeous looking glosses were damaged and so messaged me to tell and and gave me a full refund immediately. What an honest seller! I've had other sellers that have sent damaged goods anyway, and blamed it on the post or even accused me of damaging the item myself on purpose etc. This seller has good quality control, good morals, great business ethics, and amazing customer service - Awesome Ebayer!

  Unfortunately the delivery company ,Evri,lost the parcel . The seller was helpful and efficient and provided a full refund very quickly. I will use the site again when looking for a similar product.
