  This my second purchase from the best seller on eBay, and just like my first, it was delivered quickly from Japan to Southern California — just two days this time, was extremely carefully packaged to ensure that the delicate porcelain tray survived shipping, arrived exactly as described, and is in my home for a steeply discontinued price. It has been a perfect transaction, just like last time, and I can wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend this 5-star seller!

  This is an excellent seller. Very quick response to questions, so A plus on communication. I had a request in the shipping, and he was very accommodating. Shipping time was very good. Item was exactly as pictured and described. Item was well packed and arrived in perfect condition. The cup’s price matched its perfect condition; I was pleased— a good value. I would definitely consider purchasing again from this seller.

  Great purchase! Great communication! Seller was very kind. Answered me fast and kindly. The shipping time was faster than others. I live in Mexico and my item came all the way from Japan in much less time than things I've purchased from U.S. Packaging was excellent, the item was exactly as described, I really, really liked it, that means, that the value of the item I purchased surpassed my expectations. I would buy anything from "Japanese Cool Items" without any hesitation. Awesome experience!

  A+++++++ Seller. Rare item at nice price. Original listing, very detailed with multiple photographs. Item just as described and photographed. Packaging was thoughtful, actually spectacular, the fragile item was beyond protected. The item from Japan expected to arrive in 7 to 10 days, in this case arrived in two and a half days. Is that even possible? (Yes - I guess it is!) I would definately do business with this seller again and again!

  I was very happy with my experience with this seller. I ended up purchasing two items and combined shipping. The seller responded promptly and was able to get this set up. The items arrived quickly and the packaging was very safe.. The items arrived as described, if not better. The pricing was very fair for the item condition, customer service and shipping.   I ordered this item, and three others like it. As usual, the package arrived early from Japan—in less than a week. I can't get a package from Brooklyn to my place in Manhattan in less than a week. The team at Japanese Cool Items is so reliable and responsive. Their products are always better than described. They are appropriately packed, so nothing is damaged in transit, and they are at a price I generally can't beat. Thank you to the JCI crew.
