    Postage, packaging and listed value were great. Perfectly suited packaging for the delivered product which was as described. Unfortunately, the toy must have been damaged in transit. When I contacted the seller about this, they immediately offered a full refund and were very apologetic. Absolutely first class response from Stephen who clearly takes their customer service seriously. Would highly recommend.
