    The order finally arrived. USPS had miss placed this order. Said to come October 1st but came September 29th. That made me happy. Packed well. I ordered this DVD because I like the actor; Josh Kelley. Will enjoy watching.

    Item is very nice. Had issue with USPS through no fault of seller. USPS significantly delayed delivery. Seller was on top of the problem to help resolve.

    It states that the product was new, and then the seller sends it and indicates that the touchless system didn't ship it because it was defective. It's incorrect to state that something is new when it isn't. They also indicate that they are changing the box, but this box arrived in very poor condition.

    The product was new most the parts were in factory sealed packaging only replaced original box because it got messed up I explained that to you and ask if you wanted me.to.pit in another box you said that was fine and I didn.shop.tje roichless system n you said it doesn't work I said it might be defective from factory because it is new brand new
