  Product was just as described. In fact, the picture showed slight damage to the box. However, the product I received had no damage to the box. The seller was willing to negotiate with me, so I was very happy with the end price. Product was packaged very well. It did take a while to arrive, though. Would recommend this seller!

  The items arrived very quickly and are a great value! The package was wrapped so well to prevent damage. Everything showed up in new condition. Quality items that look just like their photos online. I have bought multiple items from this seller and communication was a breeze and I would buy from them again! The red turners look pristine and appear just like the photos. Excellent value and simple, straightforward transactions. Fast, friendly, and kind. Highly recommend!

  The item quality was new as described, high quality and impressive looking. It was well packed and in original packaging. Seller contacted me to explain that shipping might be slow due to holidays. A great value of about half of retail. Would buy from this seller again.

  All ignorant and arrogant eBay sellers who think it’s ok to use used HomeGoods paper bags to ship Le Creuset should get training from this wonderful seller. Items are superbly packed, any caveat is promptly and transparently disclosed. Items are in way better condition than in the photos and description. What else could any eBay buyer could ask for????
