    Great comms and Mandeep has delivered the cooker of my dreams. I was waiting for many years to get one of these and thought it would always be a pipe dream. He clearly has 'contacts' and this cooker would have cost me far more elsewhere. It was exactly as describe and complete with all the parts it would have left the factory with. This is a legit guy selling top end gear. Safely packaged on a pallet and we negotiated delivery costs too.

    THE ITEM WAS AS DESCRIBED AND A BARGAIN PRICE. THE FRIDGE/FREEZER IS IN GREAT CONDITION APART FROM THE COSMETIC FLAWS WHICH WERE AS EXPECTED FROM THE VIDEO AND DESCRIPTION. THE DELIVERY DRIVERS TOOK GREAT CARE WITH THE VERY WELL PACKAGED ITEM AND WERE ALSO VERY OBLIGING AND POLITE. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THIS SELLER TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A QUALITY PRODUCT AT A GREATLY REDUCED PRICE .

    Spent hrs researching ff’s, found Mandeep’s shop. Really high end, quality items, so transparently shown. Video tour, any imperfections pointed out, Communication is excellent, Mandeep kept me informed throughout the week, as to what was happening with delivery. Colin was lovely, punctual friendly, efficient. Once in situ I am DELIGHTED with our ff, I’d much rather buy quality used, than cheap new. Bertazzoni is a quality brand, it has 1 year warranty still, it’s like a new ff for 1/2 the rrp 5*

    Great communication from the seller to organise a swift delivery. The product was well packaged and as described. The delivery team took the time to put it in our desired room. I am looking forward to the rest of the kitchen being finished so that we can make full use of it!
