  I received my item faster than expected but noticed the card had been bent down the middle. I contacted seller (not to ask for refund as life happens) but to let them know. Seller contacted me very quickly with an apology and refund (even though I said I didn't want one). A+++ seller for going above and beyond for their customers. Thank you.

  Item arrived damaged - not fault of the seller hence my positive and 5 star feedback. Prompt communication to the issue and refunded my purchase and did not want the card returned. Buy with confidence that if there is an issue, this seller will make it right. Again, no fault of theirs, the post office damaged the card in transit.
