Unfortunately there was a catalogue mapping issue with one of the items which meant I received the wrong item. I contacted Truly PVC who were quick to resolve the problem - they quickly sent out the correct part and I returned the incorrect item. Jessica at Truly PVC couldn’t have been more helpful. An excellent customer experience and couldn’t fault Truly PVC. Thoroughly recommended for supplying Marley Classic guttering parts.

I reordered correct size and it arrived within 2 days. The Yale cylinder is great quality and excellent value for money. So easy to install as well. Was good to see that these 2 tubes were “ in date “ , as i had previously purchased 2 tubes of this product from a different ebay seller , and both tubes were out of date and were unsuitable for use. Although i did message that seller and got a full refund. Just used one tube and the sealant dispensed from the tube as expected . May need more tubes , so will definitely use this seller again. Thank you.
