  Thank you, item arrived as described although the somewhere in its travels a foot had got squashed but as its for a collection and not using to make a cake its ok. Well packed and quick delivery from Canada to UK. Value for money and good postage costs as well, Would happily recommend this seller.

  This item was shipped to me very quickly with tracking information, it was packaged very well and the item was not damaged at all upon arrival!   Connie messaged me about a delay in shipping, but this snowman arrived only a day later than the estimate upon purchasing. The only reason I didnt think it was brand new is that it wasn't in sealed original packaging. It arrived immaculately clean, well taken care of, and she even put styrofoam around his hat to keep it safe from bending or breaking. She even included batteries, as this snowman has a singing and light up function! 10/10, I was so pleased I cried ugly tears!
