    The AED was in working order when it arrived. The only thing is that it did not come with pads and I did not see in the description that pads were not included. I asked for the expiration date of the pads after the order was placed and then was told that there were no pads as stated in the description. I looked again and did not see it in the description, but leaving positive feedback because he was responsive to my requests and I feel like it was a misunderstanding. Shipping was quick.

    Items (2) were exactly as described (New, open box) and looked just like the pictures. Arrived fast. Seller was honest about actually accepting a Best Offer (not just listing as such) and they were VERY quick to respond to a question and fix a small issue. Great customer service and I hope to be able to buy from them again!!!!! A++

    Glad I ended up getting this item. The item was honestly described and with good photos. It’s a good value and I’m OK with the price. Item was very well wrapped and protected for shipping in a box. Shipping was pretty quick and free. I would buy from this seller again.

Even though it was a new item in the original package, Conk’s wrapped the package in cardboard THEN put bubble-wrap around the cardboard - the package arrived in perfect condition!! Conk’s is truly a top-notch seller!! Looking forward to buying more items from Conk’s!!

    This is a well-built tripod that was offered at an excellent price. I have other Leofoto items, including a larger tripod that have performed very well over time. The shipping was lightning fast and securely packaged in its original box. I'm looking forward to putting this item to good use in a series of upcoming photo events.
