We had an issue with the description of the item listed, we thought the the item was for 2 x 500ml bottles but only one was delivered. When we contacted the supplier they responded immediately to our query and offered a 50% refund. As a result of the way they handled my issue we would use this supplier again when we need to purchase this item again. Great communication.

When i have questioned this the seller has come back to me and stated that the packaging has changed (after requesting for a photo) the item i have been sent IS the standard version and i have contacted the manufacturer to verify. Awful service. Would never use again.

It looked as though the tin had been dropped, or at the very least , placed upside down, during transit. Reported, showing photo's to the seller and full refund was issued without any quibbles.
