Only negative aspect experienced was a "canned" reply to my pre-purchase question telling me they would get back ASAP, then a 48+ hour reply time. Still giving positive feedback because that could've been due to business hours. I asked on a Saturday morning and didn't hear back until Monday at the end of the business day.

Communication is automated sometimes with these people so you have to be patient.
