  Item took 3 days to ship, no response from seller. Item was very poorly packaged, console was in just cardboard box with panels dislodged. No peanuts or packing material included. Item is defective, will not display anything and when powered on is EXTREMELY hot immediately. No power cord per description. Appearance worse then described. I will have to go through ebay for return/refund since seller is non responsive. Terrible store, do not recommend.

  Do not buy. I received broken controller. Wouldn't even turn on. Was packed with just ahipping paper in a loose box so it probably bumped around a lot. I tried returning it like they asked and then the seller stopped communicating and didn't refund me. I had to have ebay step in. Not worth it.

  Communication with the seller was excellent. I reached out with a question and they responded quickly and answered my questions. The seller shipped the computer same day and it arrived earlier than expected. My one concern was the computer was not packaged very well, but it survived, so it’s a minor concern. Thank you so much for the quick shipment! I really appreciate it!

  Definitely works as described! No scratches or scuffs! Shipping was pretty quick, came before the date it was suppose to! Packaging was horrible but if it works, it works. The value is great! Definitely worth more than 49.99!!

  AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! Seller sent the wrong item (listed as 2012 Mac Mini, sent 2014 Mac Mini). Packaging was terrible. One small sheet of bubble wrap. I contacted immediately they took a full 24 hours to respond then acted like they did not care. I offered to let them work to resolve and they were not interested and told me to return it. The item has been sitting at their post office for a week. They won't go pick it up. I still don't have a refund. Disputing with paypal.

  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PERSON!! They will send you the wrong item then play with your money about it. I returned the item. Seller has had possession of this item for a full week after letting it sit at the post office for a full week. So here I sit for two full weeks waiting for this person to do the right thing. Has not even responded to paypal's request for information from December 27th. Contacted ebay and paypal to hopefully have them removed from both.

  This is another international sale that bought the item from a 3rd party freight forwarder. We offer free returns on all of our items. All you have to do is send it back for a refund if there are any issues. You never requested a return and just demanded a full refund without returning the desktop.
