  These guys did a great job on communication and they had lots of transparency. Unfortunately my PC was damaged due to shipping and I guess the packaging itself wasn’t the best. However, they immediately wanted to repair it and once it got delivered it could not be repaired so they sent a refund right then. Although I never really got the PC im very happy about how they handled the situation.

  Item arrived not working description was listed as refurbished. Contacted seller and they were amazing to work with. Got monitor sent back and got a full refund. Great communication and had no problems. Great seller.

  I purchased the iBuypower i5-11449F system from Computer-HQ in March 2024 and couldn't be happier. System was like now, packaged well, and came with everything as described. I waited on my feedback as I had issues with other suppliers systems but not Computer-HQ. System ran flawlessly and still does over a month later. 5 Star Seller and 5 Star product!!!

  this item was exactly as stated, pricing was beyond reasonable and shipping was as fast as it gets and packed possibly the best ive seen in 7yrs, i think theres some anger issues at Fedex or something cuz I think they are slamming things beyond typical shipping stress.. anyways these guys get 10 outta 10 from me , thank you

  Great experience with the seller and support questions package arrived on time in almost new condition no damage to the box just a bit of weathering from sitting in the warehouse packaged very well PC was basically like new without the plastic film on everything no problem getting to boot and set up windows within about ten minutes runs great and a deal for my friend who wants to get into the PC side of gaming on a budget

  Fast shipping, as described. Great customer service! Was missing the IO Shields & WiFi Antennae - However I contacted them and they like overnighted them to me from Fedex they came in a day or two. Highly recommended :)
