    Very satisfied experience: The item got lost or unable to be found even reported delivered... Even if it took 2 weeks to be sure of the situation to get an agreement to be replaced (They still have the best deal on ebay). I am very satisfied with the service since I always get an answer to my message and concern. And got very surprised by the rapidity of the replacement delivery once it was decided. I got also very surprised and satisfy by the packaging quality that was over my expectation.
