    I ordered a BLACK toner cartridge; they delivered a YELLOW toner cartridge. Despite my two messages to the supplier I received no response. So I claimed a refund via eBay. I will not order from CMYK Technology again, and recommend that you avoid them as well. (I note that other reviewers have made similar comments about CMYK Technology's lack of response to customer concerns.)

    Purchased only to be told by the seller that it had no printhead. Fair play to them that was in the description but not obvious. That being said, there was absolutely no problem in cancelling the sale and getting a refund. I would not hesitate to deal with the seller again.

    First class service from delivery to refund for a faulty product. The seller could not have been aware of the initial problem but 10/10 for integity and the trust he demonstrated by issuing a refund based on my word and a couple of photos. Can recommend and would definitely return as a customer.

    Item purchased at a good, negotiated price. However, seller very slow to answer query about suitability of product for my printer, as the photo in the advert did not quite match the box the item came in.
