External appearance- virtually "as new"! Value - 10/10 Appearance - 10/10 All components worked first time and were as described Service so far- Faultless Satisfied and highly recommended

    Really good product and service. The condition of the screens was as described and they both function perfectly. Delivery was quick and the products were very well packaged. The only small issue was a couple of minor pieces missing from the (brand new) stand (a particular bolt and a plastic clip) - though I don't blame the seller for this as the pieces were obviously not included by the manufacturer.

    Monitors arrived quickly with plenty of packaging to prevent and mishaps in transit items as described with a very light mark on the rear of one of the monitors but this was expected as it’s in the item description, set up quickly overall very pleased

    Dispatched promptly with a reputable courier. I received a slightly different item to what I ordered but I assume this to be a one-off sorting issue, the item was almost exactly correct, and the seller very promptly gave me a partial refund at my request as compensation for the inconvenience. Overall great experience, would but from this seller again.
