  **Pure misrepresentation of facts by this customer** Listing says ''Additional shipping charge outside contiguous USA". Customer lives in Puerto Rica which is outside the lower 48 states. Postal Service needed more money to ship his order, customer refused to pay. order was effectively cancelled and MONEY REFUNDED promptly.
