All pops (worth £5 or £500) are sent bubble wrapped in boxes, to ensure they reach you in the same condition they left us. If you're not happy with the condition of the pop you received, or we've missed something in our listing, let us know and we'll offer you a full refund /an alternative pop.

All items are sold as seen, so you always know the condition of the pop you're buying. We offer a 100% authenticity guarantee - if you suspect that the pop you receive is fake, you can return it for a full refund.

We try to be one of the cheapest places around to buy rare pops. If any of our pops are juuust out of your budget, feel free to send us offers on the ones you like. We'll do our best to make a deal that works for you.

    Although a bumpy start to the process with the wrong item delivered, the seller went above and beyond to rectify the situation for both myself and the other buyer who received my delivery and I, theirs, by mistake.
