The seller's communication was great but please be aware of the contracted delivery company. They sent me a delivery confirmation saying my package was delivered to my home 12 hours BEFORE the package was actually delivered.

The description on Ebay states it is wool and felt but the hat was quite unpleasant to the touch and came with a tag stating "100% polyester". I do not recommend this product. It's cheap but it's polyester, not wool. I applied for a full refund but the seller offered a partial refund twice, only after the 3rd attempt I got a full refund.
