Jessica told me in advance of a possible import issue and helped me track it throughout the US. As busy as I am she updated me along the way. 👍🏻👏👏. Superior customer service. The hat came nicely packaged and though used looks every bit brand new. She even took my offer over her asking price and STILL gave me great service the whole time. #1 in my book.

    Super satisfied with my purchase! The hat was in perfect condition as described. It was packaged in plastic to keep it dry and safe. The box was wrapped very well. The shipping was very fast and the handling was very cheap. This was a great value and I will definitely be buying from this great seller again!! :D
