  The seller was extremely efficient processing the order and delivered it to the post office the same day that I ordered the item..,. I was very frustrated with the postal service…. And did not realize…. That it was the postal service that delayed the delivery by one whole week… It sat in Chicago for an entire week… I would have to say this seller definitely did a five star job…. And the item was exactly as advertised…. Would highly recommend purchasing from this seller.

  Very Fast Delivery on May 28th, This was marked delivered on the 27th in eBay tracking, carriers are going to drive me Crazy..!!! This is not sellers fault but this needs to stop.!!! Very Good Seller & A accurate true Description of item., Good Deal, Happy Now..!

  The seller did a great job with communication and making sure I got my product. There was a little mishap with some of the items not getting shipped but colorOttens was quick to fix the problem and I got all 4 filters. The filters were exactly as described and fit an older vacuum. I would definitely do business with again. Thanks for the help and great customer service.

  HP monitor was exactly as described and works great. Seller shipped very quickly. Unfortunately there was an issue with USPS rerouting my package. I reached out to the seller to let him know just in case they were returning to sender for some reason. He jumped right in and initiated a lost package ticket with USPS getting it back on track. A+
