  Excellent quality doll. Arrived in excellent condition. Very well packed within a heavy duty cardboard box. Her appearance is far better than any photo could capture. The value matches the quality. Excellent customer service! Seller responded within 12-24 hours of any questions I had. I highly recommend this seller. Also, the doll arrived within 10 days of shipping, and I live in the USA.   I didn't feel the doll head I received resembled the photos at all, even allowing for slight make-up differences (plus, he had elf ears), so I was not satisfied with the item. That said, the seller was very understanding and provided a full refund upon my returning the doll. I'd recommend providing more product photos so the buyer knows what they're getting.   There was some confusion in my end about the tracking. It said delivered when it wasn't, but the seller was quick to give me the right information. The doll itself is beautiful! She looks just like the picture! The doll is new and the quality is good. Definitely a great value for the price.

  This doll is very very cute. I wanted to order her but the delivery date would not have been on time for when I needed her. The seller, Chris, told me not to worry he would send it earlier and he did. I very much appreciated that. I was looking at a lot of dolls and she seemed to be the cutest and I was right. When she was delivered she looked exactly like the listing. I would definitely recommend buying from this seller
