  Excellent quality doll. Arrived in excellent condition. Very well packed within a heavy duty cardboard box. Her appearance is far better than any photo could capture. The value matches the quality. Excellent customer service! Seller responded within 12-24 hours of any questions I had. I highly recommend this seller. Also, the doll arrived within 10 days of shipping, and I live in the USA. I bought this doll in June 2025. The colour of the sellers photos matches the colour of the doll.

  I didn't feel the doll head I received resembled the photos at all, even allowing for slight make-up differences (plus, he had elf ears), so I was not satisfied with the item. That said, the seller was very understanding and provided a full refund upon my returning the doll. I'd recommend providing more product photos so the buyer knows what they're getting. Excellent customer service and communications, though.

  I originally ordered the black infant baby, however they emailed me and told me they only had a Caucasian baby and I said no. So they sent me 3 options and I chose the toddler. She's fine but I really wanted the black infant and she was advertised as being created by an artist so I didn't understand why advertised her if u don't even have her made. I will not order from this company again. If I do it'll be by accident.

  There was some confusion in my end about the tracking. It said delivered when it wasn't, but the seller was quick to give me the right information. The doll itself is beautiful! She looks just like the picture! The doll is new and the quality is good. Definitely a great value for the price.
