  Unfortunately, the USPS lost this item. It shipped promptly, and I had tracking info, but it never made it. I’m posting this review however, because the customer service I received was above and beyond! They did EVERYTHING in their power to help me, from filing a lost item claim, kept me up to date on the status, and when not recovered, issued a full refund with apologies. I ordered another from them, which they’ve shipped UPS this time ;) Rare to see vendors who care this much sadly
