  Advertise for locks was good, items were what I wanted and needed. Locks were never received, FedEx delivered to another address. Seller has notified me that they are refunding my cost. Response was quick by seller that locks were not received to refund. Waiting as this time for refund. I really wanted the locks, were keyed alike and 'looked like what I needed, by description.

  Seller shipped item to a random wrong address and I never received it. I had tracking # and it seemed ok until it said "delivered" but the photo wasn't my house- the number is wrong and it's nowhere nearby. I asked the seller where they sent it to, but they never told me and said it was lost in transit. Not true- I got a delivery pic at the wrong address. Can't even open case w/FedEx because my address "doesn't match" the tracking #. It's in my city, but where? Refunded but I wanted the item.
