  Thank you for the plastic packing. The delivery man left it on the ground beneath the sign I have on the door that reads "Please take all deliveries to the back". He left it there instead and it got rained on. I guess things could have been worse!. Kudos!. Five stars for you, none for the delivery guy!

  Seller couldn’t locate the item in his stock, but was very apologetic and communicative. He initiated the refund immediately and offered options. Trusted eBay’er. I will watch his store for other items. Deal with high confidence!
