  item did not match description (order Luxtreme liner, received linerless—nothing in product description prior to purchase indicating this would be the case). it is possible this was an honest mistake. contacted seller. seller was forthcoming with an apology and instantly offered a return due to the mistake. i will assume this was an honest mistake due to seller's product volume rather than dishonestly passing off a less-desirable item as a more-desirable variation

  Buyer Beware! Seller listed pics of item with the belt it originally came with but just had a note at the bottom in description that the belt wasn’t included. My fault for missing the note and going by listing pic…but when I contacted the seller to say that the listing was a little misleading to show pics of the in-tact item with pieces that weren’t being included, the seller responded very rudely with insults. Bad seller!
