    It really works. I insulated the outside of the tower and that made it even better. Even the faucet is cold now. It shipped OK, no damage, no missing parts. You have to work it a little to get the hose to fit securely on the fitting without over-tightening, but it's basically a good design. It's barely audible once the kegerator door is closed. Only criticism is that it's a little pricey for what it is, but it's also a premium unit compared to similar offerings.
