  Was as advertised as one size fits all. When I received it, the hat was huge and didn’t fit. I asked for a refund and the seller refused. So I opened a claim then he offered me a $5 refund for a $30 item. Was not willing to work with me at all. That’s why you should always use a reputable pay service like PayPal. The got me my $30 back. Had a bad experience with this seller and would not recommend buying from him.

  Our store policy is stated as no returns. We tried to work with the buyer, but the ability to accept a return or send a refund is removed when a chargeback case is opened. We had a bad experience also. This is not the customer experience we look for.
