  Disappointed – Item not as described and rude seller The item was listed as new without tags, but the backpack I received looked old, dirty, and was missing the back foam insert. Clearly not new. I contacted the seller and provided photos, but instead of addressing the issue, their response was rude and unhelpful. Very disappointing experience – would not recommend.
