  Item (scissor jack) was shipped in oversize box with no packing and poorly sealed resulting in loss of a part. Management very quickly addressed issue and resolved problem satisfactorily.   Seller wont respond to any prices other than the one they have listed it for. Don't bother offering a dollar less. Just buy for full price if you want it. I got the item that was listed. Shipped quickly after I bought it so they definitely saw the 2 other offers I sent and chose to ignore them.
