The unit I purchased was out of stock by the time I paid for it and was contacted by the seller. But they sent me another machine that was actually worth more than the one I had bought! And their customer service is totally awsome! They were very patient and helped me set up the machine. There was a 12 hour time difference between the seller and myself, but they always answered my requests

Came so fast did not have time to make room in garage for the machine. Lazer machine came well package. Good support. Super fun to play with. Might get another one.

The wrenches were included along with eye protection and a foot switch. Had trouble with the usb drive files and they were quick to email me the drivers and configuration files I needed. The system works as described with lightburn and has been a great addition to my business.

Over past 4 days they have requested many checks by me to identify a communication issue between the machine and hand piece. With their direction together we have identified the problem and have been able to correct it. It has been very satisfying experience. Thank you guys. Michael
