  This is not the first time we order from this seller because the quality and value of the tags are amazing and not only the item is great, but the seller answer all my questions very quickly. The original order was lost in transition by the USPS and the seller send us a replacement the same day the knew about the issue. I would 1000% recommend this seller.

  I had issues throughout following the actual purchase of the tags. After 10 days, no tag had showed up and the seller re-sent. Following a second week, same situation with no item showing up. After 21 days and three “re-ships” by the seller, all three showed up on the same day. It seems as if this was a postal issue and not a seller issue, so I am awarding five stars due to the good communication and item eventually showing up.
