  Shipping was typical and the packaging was simple. Item was as described (in good condition). Came with insoles which were pictured in post - although I did not need them I appreciated that they came too! The price was reasonable for the condition relative to a the new price.   The product was perfect as described. Because I am going on vacation, I was anxious to get the product in time and to make sure they fit.
