Seller saw pictures I sent and said his engineers confirmed it wont affect working. I paid $360 labor and got it installed. Fluid leaked overnight. Seller happily stopped responding. Responded when I wrote negative feedback. Refused to honor 1 year warranty or cover labor cost I lost due to his false confirmation, demanded positive review for item refund. Had to report him escalate waste hours to get refund.

I believe that it wasn’t their fault that the item arrived damaged because it was packed fairly well. I blame the shipping company for their poor handling of the item.
