    Item wasn't "Pristine" condition as stated due to quite obvious scratch on screen. Received £15 partial refund, had option of returning but too much hassle - they did offer this though, to be clear. Think they need to review their phone grading services or take better care when grading as this was not hard to miss. Otherwise fine and good customer service, quick delivery and well packaged item to be fair to them!! Would still recommend.

    Although the phone didn't have the required fingerprint sensor, the phone itself was in great quality for a refurbished model, great value, excellent packaging (even came supplied with a high quality, third party usb charging cable). The vendor provided excellent communication and provided a no-quibbles refund (since I needed the fingerprint function). Recommend this vendor.

    Was very hesitant about buying as my experience from previous sellers, but I have to say I am very pleased with my purchase & honestly from what the seller stated . It's in very good condition , only tiny crack doesn't really notice at rear & marks from age . I will most definitely buy again from this seller & my eldest son is also planning on purchasing phone from this seller. Delivery being next day is perfect & phone was nicely wrapped. Can't thank this seller enough & highly recommend.
