  Chair is not an adult size as advertised. Despite seller's profile stating they offer free refunds if requested, I was subjected to a multi-day back and forth conversation where they tried to convince me to keep the item (despite not being listed accurately) for the purpose of their own convenience. They kept offering very small refund amounts and I spend days asserting that I am unhappy it. Item was new, not not an adult size. Could get a child size chair for cheaper value than this. Pain!
