  The toddler inflatable mattress I purchased was exactly as I anticipated and came much quicker than expected. The vendor mentioned the box would be opened (even though item is new) as he inspected it to make sure everything was in order. I really appreciated the warning and the fact that he checked the merchandise. The price was excellent!

  Had a mix up on the item. Shipped in the correct box with part numbers but wrong item in box. Reached out to seller and got a response in less than five minutes. Shipped replacement as soon as I dropped off the wrong item. Communication was excellent and prompt throughout the return process. Exactly how this process should work.
