I am sorry about this. I went ahead and cancelled. It was in a large box and it was put behind my car and rest is history. I am very sorry for this! Refund in full on way."......THEN THE SELLER REPOSTED THE ITEM!

    Sorry we were not able to send you the pillow, due to it was damaged, yes we do get a tracking number posted and it does take up to 48 hours to get to post office . No dishonesty here. Also, when a order is cancelled ebay automatically will relist your item. In this case we were not aware of it and shortly took damaged item off ebay. Sorry there is no need to be dishonest here, we damaged your item by mistake, we only are sorry not trying to be dishonest. You were refunded in full. thank you.
