    Seller was great and communicated well and helped me out when I had any questions! Good quality thick glass, it arrived in perfect condition in a nice hard box that it was shipped in, It hits great and really filters the smoke on my piece. Having the ash catcher is truly a game changer if you like smooth rips!

    Shipped fairly quickly. Khaki hat looks like photo, but quite wrinkled on arrival. Will have to steam it to get out wrinkles. USPS left it on step without knock or doorbell, so am lucky it wasn't stolen. Arrived with 2 other packages on 6-27-25. I TRUST this seller. Hey, that says a lot, folks.

    Item came shipped in a very good package and was in great condition when I placed it in my bong, it broke at the neck. So I did do a refund fairly quickly. But they advertised it as Pyrex, glass and Pyrex glass is extremely strong and does not break like that. So buy or beware..

    The bag we received was different than the bag in the listing (see photograph) but the bag is still perfect for what we need it for and still offers the storage needed! The quality is perfect, it’s thick materials and well made and meets the expectations for our needs as mentioned above. We are by far from disappointed regardless of the differences and happy with our purchase and the seller.
