  Well packed and arrived promptly via Evri which is a minor miracle with them doing the deliveries. Excellent communication from the Seller keeping me informed all the way. As described on Sellers Page, genuine replacement part but unfortunately the new print head hasn’t solved the problem (B200). Won't hesitate to use this Seller again and have added them to my very short “Saved Sellers” List.

  The item took EIGHT days (from purchase) to arrive. I received an email from the seller saying it would arrive within 48 hours, but when I enquired after it hadn’t arrived after 6 days, I was told I hadn’t ordered until 3 days after I did, and should not expect it until later in the week. I fact checked them by uploading a screenshot of the order purchase but was totally ignored. Very rude seller who made me out to be a liar. I’m not at all impressed. I’ll never use this seller again.

  Took 2 weeks for seller to pass to currier even though they were expecting it the day after order. Seller not good at responding to messages. When did arrive only half the items were supplied. Seller said they would refund closed the request and changed the delivery date. Failed to respond to any messages chasing refund until threatened to escalate. Not a good experience with this seller.
