    Item is new as described. Tracking of the postage, the part travelled to more destinations than I've been. Delivery time was very long and cost a bit too. These issues are most likely out of the sellers hands. The part was as described, posted the day after payment and was packaged well, so a big tick of approval to the seller.

    The seller is amazing USPS messed up and didn’t deliver for way too long and I got a refund for the part and the part finally showed up and when I contacted the seller they told me to keep the part and don’t send them money back GREAT Seller highly recommend. Taking care of the customer that is the way it should be done.

    After a nationwide tour courtesy of the USPS, I got my filter. The filter is exactly what I needed for my xt200. This is in no way the sellers fault that the it took a little while to get to me. That 100% falls on the USPS. The seller was helpful and reassuring that my package was still in transit. Thank you for everything. Highly recommend this seller.
