  Bought a battery for my SXS but when it was delivered the post was bent. Packaging was fine so I’m not sure what happened. The communication with Motomentum was great and they offered me my money back or a new battery. I needed the battery so they sent me a new one right away. Great customer service.

Shipping was both fast and reliable—it arrived on time and the cost was very fair given the speed of delivery. The item looks just as great in person as it did in the photos and works perfectly.   Brand new with acid included in perfect condition - excellent price and quick delivery. One minor problem was encountered with Delivery - FedEx delivered package to business (down the road) instead of my home address. I retrieved the package and all is good! The seller was not at fault at all - the seller was proactive with a valid tracking number - I will not hesitate purchasing from this seller in the future!!! FedEx is another issue:)

  Overall good value for the item and free shipping is a plus. Item was new as described and the exchange process was smooth as I’ve received the replacement in a timely manner. Good communication with the seller. Placed another order for one but apparently it got lost between the label being created and it being received by FedEx as I got a notification with a tracking number and everything so not sure what happened there. Tired to reorder and they had no more so that was a bummer.
