    The original charger that was sent did not work out for me, but the seller communicated with me and very quickly sent me the replacement that was needed by getting pictures of what I previously used and getting pictures of the charging port on my car. Great communication and great customer service. Have bought from them before this order and would buy from them again.

    Amazing help and service!! I have been trying to find a battery charger for my Tuttio ICT ebike and have had the worst of luck until I found this seller. Quick response, immediately helped me find the right charger for my bike, I ordered a 3a battery and he sent me a 5a so overall the best customer service I would truly recommend ordering from them won’t disappoint!!!

    The charger I received works phenomenally. The seller saved me spending $104 on a charger. I really appreciate what they do in finding products & selling them at a cheaper rate. It really saved me a lot of stress. I highly recommend using this seller for your e bike charger needs!!!
