The postal service is extremely lame now. Not the shippers issue because they have no control over what the postal service dose. No damages to item. Thank you.

I was told to "try another store". They did however refund partial payment. Cool, so i got a ugly misprinted strap from a company that makes great straps (I own several). So this is on the seller for lack of customer service and improper description. I still want the strap that was described when purchased. I still got ripped cuz this is not the strap in the picture.
